At viaGlamour Cosmetics Lab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bespoke beauty products. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused cosmetics in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to the Lab

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our lab team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
